We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B project pipeline. If you have strong relationship-building skills, a passion for interiors, and a track record of turning leads into long-term partnerships, we want to hear from you!
What you'll do:
- Identify and manage key accounts: developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Drive sales through project-based business villas, hotels, commercial & residential developments
- Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and after-sales support.
What we're looking for:
- Min. 2 years B2B/project sales experience, ideally in sanitary ware, real estate, hospitality, or interiors.
- Strong network in Bali - Mataram design & real estate community
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter, design-savvy, and excellent CRM Skill
- fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a mandatory
