Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for promoting our smart locker solutions to potential clients across Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with residential buildings, commercial properties, logistics companies, and retail businesses.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor our smart locker solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK).
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the technology, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and travel within Jakarta as needed.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
