Job description for Sales Executive - Media, Video Production at Sentang Entertainment
We are looking for a new hero to join the Sentang Universe. We are a video production house based in Singapore and looking to expand the team in 2022.
Summary:
Sales Executives are responsible to lead the force for bringing in new business leads and sales revenue. Involved in planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing the company’s overall sales strategy. Working with the creative arm on presenting new relevant products, creating partnerships, and pitch our services to agencies, direct clients and partners. The role also entails setting up a strategy with the team for finding new opportunities and sales leads for the company’s growth.
Roles:
• Generate potential sales leads for partnerships/collaborations.
• To achieve sales targets and generate sales revenue set by the company.
• Learn details about the company’s services and production processes.
• To grow present accounts and develop new ones, primarily focused on generating new business.
• Follow up on new business opportunities and set up meetings
• Research on new expansion areas for the company's growth
• Being active in generating sales ideas for clients to help in their marketing objectives.
• Knowledge/understanding of the various communication or social media tools to connect with new clients.
• Keep up with the latest sales trends and effective business practices.
• Preparation of presentation decks for pitches, attending client meetings, and delivering sales pitches.
Requirements:
• A recognized Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business and mass communication or media-related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience. Experience in the media industry, specifically within Film, Animation or Motion Graphics is highly preferred, but open to working with someone that is keen to explore the role of being a sales executive.
• Experience in managing pre-sales & deployment processes, including client presentations & product demonstrations.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, and selling skills.
• Possesses a strong interest in the media industry.
• Creative and problem-solving skills.
• Language: English (Mandarin is a plus)
Salary: Monthly Basic + Commission
