PT. Alam Batu Surat (ABS Marmer) is an importer and distributor of premium Indian marble & granite, based in PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk), North Jakarta. We source directly from our parent company's own mines in India with no middlemen, and operate a showroom, warehouse, and distribution across multiple Indonesian cities.
Job Description
We're looking for a Sales Project to hunt and develop B2B clients (architects, contractors, property developers, interior design studios) for our premium marble & granite products.
Responsibilities
- Find and develop B2B prospects (architects, contractors, developers, interior design studios)
- Deliver product presentations and follow up through to closing
- Understand clients' technical needs (material type, specs, application)
- Prepare quotations and negotiate per company policy
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat orders
- Report sales progress regularly
Qualifications
- Min. high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred, especially Architecture/Civil Engineering)
- English proficiency (spoken & written) is required
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience (building materials/construction experience is a plus)
- Communicative, confident, comfortable with prospecting/canvassing
- Target-driven
- Own vehicle/driving license preferred
- Based in Jakarta or nearby (North Jakarta/PIK area preferred)
