- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in the generator rental business, targeting industries like construction and mining (Chinese companies).
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, engineers, and procurement managers.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with operations and technical teams for seamless service delivery, and report sales performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Able to speak English and Mandarin (Written and Verbal)
- Minimum 3-5 years in sales or business development, preferably within the rental or construction equipment industry, specifically selling generators or related products.
- Experience in the mining sectors is highly preferred.
- Domicile in Jakarta and able to travel as needed
- Have a valid driving license.
