Job Description:
- Identify, acquire, and develop new B2B and B2C customers for domestic and international logistics services by land, sea, and air.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and shipment volume.
- Conduct customer visits, deliver service presentations, and negotiate pricing and business agreements.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with prospective customers, and close sales in accordance with company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales pipeline, forecasts, revenue, and target achievements.
- Be responsible for achieving assigned sales, revenue, and profit margin targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Executive, or in a similar role. Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is an advantage.
- Good understanding of domestic and/or international shipping processes. Knowledge of Incoterms, export-import documentation, and customs clearance is a plus.
- Having an existing network or database of corporate customers is an advantage.
- Target-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A or SIM C) and a personal vehicle is an advantage.
