What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop new B2B business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable label, packaging, and security label solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Collaborate with Production, Design, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
Sales Executive:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related roles.
- Experience in Label Printing, Packaging, Commercial Printing, Flexible Packaging, Shrink Sleeve, IML, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and client-facing activities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
Senior Sales Executive:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the Label Printing or Printing Industry.
- Strong understanding of label products, production processes, and applications.
- Experience handling large accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
