We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the industrial market. In this role, you will be the face of our company, connecting our high-quality chemical and lubricant solutions with major manufacturing and industrial players. Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in a B2B or Industrial environment (experience in chemicals/lubricants is a huge plus).
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in various sectors (Manufacturing, Automotive, General Industry) to generate new business leads.
- Client Relationship: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships through regular site visits and consultations.
- Sales Strategy: Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle the full sales cycle from cold calling and lead generation to price negotiation and contract signing.
- Reporting: Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- After-Sales: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the products delivered meet the client's operational standards.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and "closing" skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to handle professional correspondence.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Must possess a valid SIM A (Manual/Automatic) and be comfortable driving for client visits.
- Familiarity with the industrial landscape in Jabodetabek and surrounding areas
Based in or willing to work at Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.
