Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or similar industries.
- Strong local network and understanding of the Bali market, especially in the hospitality or retail sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written) to communicate with international team members.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Owns a vehicle and holds a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and distribute our mineral water products.
- Identify and approach potential clients such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and local distributors across Bali.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and Indian business development team to align on goals and strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights from the field.
