Sales Executive Freight Forwarding
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
2. At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Executive in freight forwarding is required for this position
3. Fluent in English and preferrable able to communicate in mandarin/hokkian
4. Fast learner, good skills in communication, computer, internet, and Microsoft Office
5. Strong managerial, negotiation, and good communication skills
6. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
7. Willing to join ASAP
8. Willing to be placed in Medan
Job Descriptions :
1. Approach new clients and look for prospective projects
2. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the forwarding and export-import sector
3. Network with external parties to acquire new clients and projects
4. Comprehend client needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements
5. Prepare business proposals and negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
