Job Responsibilities
• Reach and develop potential customers who are interested in our logistics and freight forwarding services
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Prepare costing sheets and negotiate selling rates with customers and vendors to maintain profitability
• Handle and monitor shipment processes from booking until cargo delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents
• Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
• Follow up customer inquiries, quotations, and shipment status regularly
• Maintain good customer satisfaction and provide professional service
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, max 35 years
• Required language: English (spoken & written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Energetic, creative, proactive, and target oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Fast learner and adaptable in dynamic working environment
• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry will be an advantage
• Understanding of export-import flow and shipping documents will be an advantage
• Having own vehicle and driving license (SIM A / SIM C) will be an advantage
• Able to drive a car will be a plus point
