Job Description
- Execute HYGO's sales plan for the Jakarta market in line with company growth targets.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prospect, approach, and onboard new customers — retailers, distributors, and channel partners across Jabodetabek.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular visits, order follow-up, and after-sales service.
- Negotiate terms & conditions with retailers within approved commercial guidelines, escalating anything outside them.
- Ensure product availability, listing, and display/planogram compliance at assigned outlets.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions in the Jakarta market and report findings.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Operations on campaigns, stock availability, and delivery.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and sales pipeline.
- Submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Kualifikasi & Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-literate and comfortable working with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and sales reports.
- Bilingual: Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
- Owns a personal vehicle and holds a valid driver's license.
- Willing to travel daily across Jabodetabek.
- Based in Jakarta or Jabodetabek.
- Maximum 40 years old.
