We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Executive to help expand our client portfolio and strengthen our market presence. In this role, you will manage inbound leads, identify new opportunities, present tailored solutions, and drive the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and handover to the Customer Success team. You will work closely with Marketing, Finance/Legal, and Client Success to ensure a smooth, effective, and high-quality experience for every client.
What You'll do
- Manage inbound leads & run discovery calls
- Attend events/webinars to build network
- Develop customized proposals that address the prospect’s specific needs and objectives.
- Share case studies, testimonials, and relevant content to build trust and credibility.
- Coordinate with marketing team to create effective promotion strategies
- Continuously improve pitch decks and credentials to improve deal rate.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables to align with the client’s expectations.
- Coordinate contract process with internal teams
- Use CRM dashboards to monitor progress and identify trends
Requirement
- 3+ year in Sales or Business Development within an Agency, Media, or Tech environment.
- Strong in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Confident in building proposals and presenting tailored solutions.
- Great communication skills and comfortable dealing directly with clients.
- Familiar with CRM tools and highly target-driven.
- Solid analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Honest, organized, and disciplined in following processes.
- Fast learner with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willing to work from our Bandung office (WFO).
