Kopi Date is on a mission to help singles build healthy, meaningful relationships.
We are looking for a Membership Sales & Growth Specialist to drive conversion and growth. You will speak directly with prospective members, guide them through the decision to join, and actively work the pipeline through follow-ups, reactivation, and outreach.
This is not a passive role. You are expected to take ownership of leads, move conversations forward, and turn interest into committed members.
At the same time, this is not a hard-sell environment. Success in this role comes from building trust, understanding people deeply, and communicating value clearly.
You will be part of a small, high-performing team of executing leaders who take ownership and care deeply about outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Conversion
- Run onboarding and consultative sales calls with prospective members
- Help leads understand Kopi Date, who it is for, and why it works
- Guide high-intent leads toward joining with clarity and confidence
- Handle objections, hesitation, and uncertainty in a calm, persuasive way
Lead Nurturing & Reactivation
- Follow up consistently with warm and undecided leads
- Re-engage older or inactive leads and bring them back into conversation
- Maintain strong responsiveness across WhatsApp and other channels
- Build trust over time, not just within a single call
Pipeline Ownership
- Take full ownership of your leads from first contact to conversion
- Keep clean notes, track conversations, and maintain strong follow-up discipline
- Ensure no high-quality lead drops off due to poor tracking or delayed response
Growth & Lead Generation Support
- Support outbound efforts such as reactivation campaigns, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Identify opportunities to generate more conversations from existing lead pools
- Surface patterns in objections, drop-offs, and conversion gaps
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
Continuous Improvement
- Actively refine call approach, messaging, and follow-up strategies
- Learn from top performers and apply feedback quickly
- Contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and overall sales process

Strong Fit If You Have
- Experience in sales (important), customer success, hospitality, or other client-facing roles
- Experience running calls, handling objections, and closing
- Confidence working with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, CRM tools, etc.)
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Interest in relationships, psychology, or human behaviour
