Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Executive - Commercial Property Pt Quanta Land Indonesia
- Ensure Sales target are achieved monthly
- Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.
- Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and to arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group's panel of lawyers.
- Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on weekly basis.
- Support marketing team in the implementation of sales & marketing programmes.
- Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT industry.
- Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Possess positive working attitude and able to work indepently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Verbal and Written).
