The Opportunity

As a Sales Executive - Coating/Plastic at PT Colorindo Chemtra, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and expanding its presence in the Jakarta Raya region. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in the sales and consulting domain, contributing to the success of a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the coating and plastic industries
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  3. Provide expert consultative sales support, advising clients on the most suitable products and solutions
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer service
  6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Chemical/Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communication, or other related field (Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply)
  2. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the coating and plastic industries
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  5. Proficiency in consultative selling techniques and the ability to provide tailored solutions
  6. Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics
  7. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive in a team-oriented setting
