Job Brief:
As a Sales Executive specializing in chemical products, you will be responsible for promoting and selling additives, pigments, and resins for various applications, such as Polyolefin, PVC, Injection, Extrusion, or Coating. You will leverage your expertise to identify sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, and build lasting relationships to meet sales targets. Your role will also involve staying informed about market trends and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Job Description:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for chemical products, including additives, pigments, and resins.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the chemical sector.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and results to the Sales Manager.
- Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
Job Requirements:
- Male or Female, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing & Communication, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in chemical sales, specifically additives, pigments, or resins for Polyolefin, PVC, Injection, Extrusion, or Coating applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
- Valid SIM A driving license and ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Target-oriented with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
