Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Executive – Building Materials | Jakarta PT China Win Win Engineering (Indonesia)
Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and closing deals?
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team and help expand our building materials business across Jakarta and surrounding areas. You will work directly with general contractors, property developers, engineering companies, and building material distributors, while offering a wide range of products and one-stop procurement solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and develop new B2B customers, projects, contractors, developers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer and project requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting, quotation, negotiation, and contract signing to order fulfillment and payment collection.
- Promote a wide range of building material products, including flooring, waterproofing, architectural hardware, smart locks, water purifiers, self-leveling cement, and other related products.
- Conduct regular customer visits and actively explore new business opportunities in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, logistics, and technical support to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum SMA/SMK, preferably with 1–3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in building materials, hardware, construction, engineering, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and frequent customer visits.
- Able to communicate in English; Mandarin/Chinese speaking and listening skills are a plus.
- Familiar with Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic office applications.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Having an active SIM and being able to travel independently for customer visits is preferred
