Key Responsibilities

Sales

Develop and manage B2B, reseller, and retail sales channels.

Identify and approach potential distributors, resellers, corporate clients, and retail partners.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals, and sales reports.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Marketing

Execute online and offline marketing campaigns to support sales growth.

Coordinate with creators, influencers, and affiliates for product promotions.

Manage promotional activities and campaign participation.

Assist in creating marketing materials, product presentations, and promotional content.

Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Support product launches and brand awareness initiatives.

Actively looking for event to participate

Reporting & Administration

Update CRM, lead databases, and sales pipelines.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.

Track campaign performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory, promotions, and customer requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with lead generation, cold outreach, and customer meetings.

Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.

Target-oriented and able to work independently.

KPI

Monthly sales revenue achievement.

Number of new reseller/B2B accounts acquired.

Number of qualified leads generated.

Conversion rate from leads to sales.

Marketing campaign performance and ROI.

Customer retention and repeat orders.
