Job Description :
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, travel agents, communities, and event organizers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand sales channels.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations.
- Manage group bookings and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain CRM database and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to create promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any major (Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or Marketing is preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Sales Executive, preferably in hospitality, tourism, attraction, or event industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Excellent presentation and networking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel.
- Familiar with digital communication platforms and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as required by operational needs.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and commitment to achieving business objectives.
