Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Executive / Account Manager BERKAH PERMATA LOGISTIK
Role Overview:
- Develop new business opportunities for freight forwarding and customs clearance services(import/export)
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Achieve monthly Gross Profit (GP) targets*
*) Additional Compensation & Benefits Note:
Commision 5-10% of achieved Gross Profit (uncapped)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in freight forwarding /logistics sales
- Strong understanding of export-import process and customs clearance
- Strong understanding of frieght forwarding and custom clearance
- Have existing client network is a plus
- Target-oriented and able to work independently
- Good communication and negotiation skills
