Sales Excutive Modern Trade

Job Responsibilities:

1. Control and monitor the development of the area of responsibility
2. Open new market opportunities to increase sales targets
3. Have existing business partner/customer
4. Generating and presenting weekly and monthly sales performance reports
5. Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to achieve sales targets
6. Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to expand the business
7. Handle customer complains
8. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
9. Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and feedback
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools
11. Follow up customer complaints and comments; as well as customer relations management

Job Requirements:

1. Male/Female
2. Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK)
3. Min. 1 -2 years experience as Sales MT preferable in cosmetic or beauty business industry
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build positive relationship with clients
5. In-depth knowledge of beauty industry business.
6. You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
7. Able to work independently and in a team.
8. Possess a valid SIM C and willing to travel for market visits and client meetings.
9. Master the Jabodetabek area and its surroundings
10. Have own transportation (motorcycle)
11. Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target.
12. Required for each region throughout Indonesia
