Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Sales & Marketing preferably in Aluminium & Glass, Building Materials, Façade, Curtain Wall, Windows & Doors, or related industries.
- Proven experience and good knowledge of aluminium and glass products.
- Understanding of aluminium and glass systems, applications, specifications, and installation.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Experience dealing with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and project owners.
- Strong technical sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, confident, and commercially driven.
- Able to identify new projects and develop business opportunities.
- Willing to conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners.
- Identify and pursue new project and sales opportunities.
- Promote and provide technical solutions for aluminium and glass products.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products and systems.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, presentations, and project submissions.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
- Monitor projects from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, production, and project teams.
- Conduct regular project/site visits and monitor project progress.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
