Job Description – Sales Engineering

1. Identify and develop new potential customers in the hydraulic and industrial equipment industry
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Present products and provide technical explanations to customers
4. Promote heavy machinery spare parts for construction, mining, and manufacturing industries
5. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
6. Develop sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
7. Prepare quotations, follow up customer inquiries, and negotiate business deals
8. Manage customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships
9. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers regarding customer requirements
10. Provide after-sales support and assist customers with technical issues
11. Prepare regular sales reports and customer activity reports
12. Communicate with local and international customers in English and/or Mandarin when required
13. Must be able to drive a car and possess a valid driving license (SIM A)
14. Preferably domiciled in Kabupaten Bekasi area or nearby locations
