Sales Engineer - PT Sukses Chemigas Indonesia (Yotek Group)
Position Summary:
Responsible for conducting technical sales of corrosion, abrasion, and erosion protection solutions for the oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, and manufacturing industries using a consultative approach to provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs and to achieve the company’s sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new customer prospects and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals and conduct negotiations.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and solution implementation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
- Manage sales pipeline and prepare periodic activity reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Material, Metallurgy, Industrial, Civil, Environmental, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Sales or B2B; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of industrial products related to corrosion, abrasion, and erosion is an advantage.
- Familiar with CRM systems and able to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Accustomed to working with targets and high mobility.
- Able to communicate in English at least passively.
- Possession of an active driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
