Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and proposing the most suitable industrial machinery solutions. You will work closely with customers and our overseas principals throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial discussions to machine installation and after-sales support.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical mindset, excellent communication skills, and is eager to continuously learn about industrial processing and packaging machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct customer visits to understand production processes, technical requirements, and business needs.
- Present and explain the technical capabilities, features, and business value of our products and solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation in coordination with principals.
- Review customer URS (User Requirement Specification), technical specifications, drawings, and other project documents to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated to the principal.
- Coordinate with overseas principals regarding technical discussions, quotation preparation, project progress, and customer feedback.
- Support technical meetings, machine demonstrations, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and customer presentations.
- Coordinate and supervise machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting together with the principal's engineering team.
- Provide first-level technical support and maintain good after-sales relationships with customers.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth communication between customers, principals, and internal departments.
- Prepare visit reports, meeting minutes, sales forecasts, and other necessary documentation.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in industrial machinery, automation, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, packaging, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and industrial automation systems.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings (P&ID, layout, mechanical drawing, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and industrial processes.

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.

Other Requirements
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits, machine installations, training, and business meetings.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an advantage.
