Deskripsi pekerjaan SALES ENGINEER PT Kaltimex Energy
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to targeted customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, including handling customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and performance updates.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Having 5–6 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Palm Oil, or Mining industries related to heavy equipment services and parts.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to present complex products or services clearly.
- Result-oriented, dynamic, and fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Professional appearance, self-initiated, and effective communicator.
- Able to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
- Willing to work at our office in Kuningan, South Jakarta, and travel to project or client sites as needed.
