Job Descriptions
- Develop new customers and business opportunities
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer technical & business requirements
- Provide suitable technical solutions and recommendations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Manage negotiations and follow up opportunities through closing
- Maintain existing customer relationships and develop accounts
- Work closely with Engineering/Technical teams
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
Job Requirements
- D3/S1 in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or B2B Business Development
- Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Possess SIM A/SIM C and willing to travel for customer visits

Candidates with knowledge or experience in:
- Solar Panel / Solar PV / PLTS
- Battery / BESS (Battery Energy Storage System)
- Inverter
- Renewable Energy Solutions
