Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Recommend the right building automation and energy efficiency solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop technical proposals.
- Present solutions and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Must Have
- Hands-on experience with building, HVAC, or energy systems.
- Strong communication skills with clients and technical teams.
- Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
- Eager to learn, coachable, and adaptable.
Nice to Have
- Familiar with building automation, BMS/BAS, or energy efficiency.
- Exposure to Green Building, Greenship, or ESG.
- Client-facing or commercial experience.
