About Val-Technik
Val-Technik is a Singapore-based engineering solutions company established in 1988. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our capabilities in HVAC systems, controls and Building Management Systems (BMS), combining valves, metering and Innotech control solutions into integrated offerings.
About the Opportunity
We are currently building our pipeline of commercially driven engineers for upcoming roles within our Building Services business.
This is not an immediate hiring requirement — we are looking to connect with individuals who are interested in growing with a company that is expanding its solution capabilities.
Future roles will involve:
- Driving revenue across HVAC valves, metering and control systems
- Engaging consultants and influencing system design
- Selling integrated solutions, not just individual products
- Contributing to the growth of a new business segment
Who We Are Looking For

- Have experience in HVAC, building services, controls or BMS
- Are commercially driven and comfortable with technical sales
