Deskripsi pekerjaan SALES ENGINEER PT Gravalty Solution

  1. Search for new customers, maintain long-term relationships, and understand their requirements.
  2. Present company profile and product range, and handle technical discussions on enquiries.
  3. Prepare RDT, BRF, LDQ, and coordinate proposals with PE and FA departments.
  4. Submit quotations with complete documents and align commercial terms with FA.
  5. Attend meetings: Pre-bid, Open Bid, Technical, Commercial, and Kick-Off.
  6. Negotiate contracts to meet both client and company expectations.
  7. Coordinate bond requests (Bid, Performance, Warranty, Advance) with FA.
  8. Analyze job financials (JFC), and submit weekly reports: SQE, PPL, KTA.
  9. Submit quarterly/annual OSM and PSP reports, and handle CSS & SCSS for improvement.
  10. Implement QHSE system and identify related impacts and hazards.


    Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or any major are welcome.
  2. English Proficiency is must.
  3. Industry Knowledge, Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written.
  4. Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word).
  5. Active Listening, Persuasion, Proactive, initiative, problem solver, time Management, less supervision & under pressure condition.
  6. Adaptability, Well organized and good planner.
  7. Good analytical skill and logical thinking.
  8. Loyal, smart working, both good individual and team player.
  9. Preferable have experience in sales and marketing of company product range stated above for min 2 years.
  10. Work Location in Head Office at Jakarta Barat, Cengkareng-DKI Jakarta.
  11. Have driving license A & C.
  12. Having a Certificate of Awareness in QHSE Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015) will be an advantage.
  13. Having a Certificate of Internal Auditor Training for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 based on ISO 19011:2018 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems) will be an advantage.

NOTES :
