SALES ENGINEER (Experienced)
🎯 Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the industrial/engineering/contractor/project sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Wide network with industrial companies, contractors, and relevant institutions
Target-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Golf skills will be considered an advantage
Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
Identify new business opportunities and provide solutions based on client needs
Prepare technical & commercial proposals and deliver presentations to clients
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met
Achieve sales targets in line with company goals
