Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer (Coding & Marking Division) based in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia, with the opportunity to work partially remotely. In this position, you will bridge the technical and sales expertise by identifying client needs, delivering technical presentations, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. This role includes providing technical assistance, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring clients receive tailored solutions. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings.

Qualifications
* Have at least 2 years experience as a Sales with a customer base in the industry (F&B, FMCG, Pharmaceutical & Printing Company)
* Understand various Printing Technologies such as Thermal Inkjet (TIJ), Continuous Inkjet (CIJ), Piezo Inkjet (PIJ), Drop On Demand (DOD), Thermal Transfer (TTO), Laser Marking, Vision Systems, Track & Trace.
* Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to effectively assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Proven expertise in Sales strategies and techniques to drive successful outcomes and achieve targets.
* Ability to analyze technical requirements and deliver solutions-oriented presentations.
* Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility to handle both on-site and remote tasks efficiently.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
Your daily roles and duties will be as follows
* Develop a thorough understanding of the products sold by PT. Bahtera Global Solusi.
* Work with experienced salespeople to develop sales skills through real-world examples and role-play simulations.
* Research and document business prospects and potential new business opportunities.
* Provide consulting and technical services to customers to help them solve their needs using PT. Bahtera Global Solusi products.
* Work in the full sales cycle: finding, developing, submitting proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
* Travel to customer locations and work in various manufacturing environments.
* Understand customer needs and respond effectively to customer requests.
* Drive market share growth in the assigned sales territory.
* Attend team meetings and training sessions with colleagues to enhance sales skills and technical knowledge of product applications.
