SALES ENGINEER TRAINEE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.

• Maximum 30 Tahun

• Maximum 1 years of experience as Sales Engineer

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Able to understand customer technical requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

• Possess a valid Class A driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing to be assigned anywhere across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely quotation and project execution.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales activity reports.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
