Job description
In this role, you’ll identify new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and manage the sales process to reach our goals. Ideal candidates have experience in B2B or heavy equipment sales, with solid skills in analysis and customer relationship management. This position offers the chance to help grow the business and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Find new sales opportunities that fit with our company’s goals.
- Carry out sales activities to meet targets.
- Handle sales paperwork and processes following company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Work with other teams to hand over services for aftersales support, ensuring we meet our quality standards.
Qualifications
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry or B2B sales.
- Knowledgeable in product details, analyzing market opportunities, and understanding competitors.
- Skilled in creating marketing strategies and managing customer relationships.
- Able to communicate in English and has basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices.
