Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or technical solutions.
- Present and explain product specifications, features, and applications to customers.
- Prepare quotations, product proposals, and technical information based on customer requirements.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the proposed solution meets customer requirements.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide appropriate after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales activity reports.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or a similar position.
- Experience in irrigation systems/products is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of irrigation equipment, systems, and their applications.
- Able to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to conduct customer visits and travel when required.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
