Responsibilities
- Sales & Target Achievement - Promote and sell educational products to schools and institutions, meet sales targets. Manage assigned territories, follow up on leads, and secure new orders to support overall sales growth.
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and decision-makers. Conduct regular visits, understand their academic needs, and provide product recommendations while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Market Development- Identify new opportunities and potential clients in the education sector. Stay informed about curriculum changes, school purchasing cycles, and competitor activities to support strategic market expansion.
- Product Expertise- Develop strong knowledge of products and services offered by CNL Books. Provide product demonstrations and answer inquiries clearly and confidently.
- Sales Administration- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and documentation.
- Event & Program Support- Represent CNL Books at education events, workshops, and product presentations. Support the organization of school-based training sessions and promotional activities.
- Collaboration & Reporting- Provide regular sales reports, insights, and feedback to the Sales Manager to improve strategies and performance.
- Customer Support & After-Sales Service- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely support after purchases. Follow up on product usage, collect feedback, and identify renewal or upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales management, with a strong emphasis on selling learning resources or educational products.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- A deep understanding of the educational landscape and market trends.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a strong customer focus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field
