POLY English Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales / Course Consultant to help students and parents find the right English learning program.

What You Will Do
- Handle inquiries from walk-in customers, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and existing databases
- Follow up leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Achieve monthly New Student enrollment targets and sales KPIs
- Proactively generate new student enrollments through lead follow-up and customer engagement
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer databases
- Coordinate with the Academic Team regarding class schedules and student placement
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Basic Salary: IDR 5,800,000 – 6,300,000
💰 Monthly Incentive: Up to IDR 11,000,000+
💰 Total Monthly Income Potential: IDR 7,000,000 – 17,000,000+

Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Education Consultant, or similar roles
- Experience in education industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with customers and parents
- Target-oriented and achievement-driven
- Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work on-site in South Jakarta
