POLY English Indonesia is one of Indonesia's growing English education companies, and we're looking for a motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Education Consultant to join our team.

## What You'll Do
* Handle inquiries from walk-in customers, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other lead sources.
* Follow up prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
* Achieve monthly New Student (NS) targets and sales KPIs.
* Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the enrollment process.
* Coordinate with the Academic Team regarding class schedules and student placement.
* Maintain accurate sales reports and customer databases.
## Compensation & Benefits
**Basic Salary:** **IDR 6,500,000/month**
**Monthly Sales Incentive:** Up to **IDR 11,000,000+**
**Total Monthly Income Potential:** **Up to IDR 17,500,000+**
BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan fully covered by the Company
Tax fully covered by the Company

## We're Looking For Someone Who
* Has at least 1 year of experience in Sales, Education Consultant, Customer Consultant, or similar roles.
* Must have experience in the education industry.
* Has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Enjoys meeting people and building customer relationships.
* Is target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
* Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn and grow.
* Can work independently as well as in a team.
* Is willing to work on-site in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta.
