Job Description
1. Manage sales through e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
2. Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee to promote products.
3. Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media.
4. Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely fulfillment.
5. Create and upload product listings and promotional content.
6. Monitor store performance, sales, and customer reviews.
7. Support online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or e-commerce.
3. Confident and comfortable hosting TikTok Live and Shopee Live.
4. Good communication and selling skills.
5. Familiar with Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop, and social media platforms.
6. Able to create engaging product presentations during live sessions.
7. Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
8. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Workspace.
9. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for live streaming when required.
10. Experience in selling electrical, home improvement, or solar products is an advantage.
