Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for our cloud services. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of the sales pipeline and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Research: Identify and research potential clients and industries that could benefit from our cloud solutions.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other digital channels.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed lead information.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales executives to transition qualified leads and develop outreach strategies.
- Campaign Support: Assist marketing teams in executing lead generation campaigns, including webinars, content downloads, and events.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on lead generation KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Maximum 25 Years.
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Good communication and collaboration skill
- Adaptable to dynamic environment
- Able to communicate in English
- Knowledge in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the cloud services or technology sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- Familiarity with cloud services, SaaS, IaaS, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications related to cloud services or sales methodologies.
- Experience in a high-growth tech company or start-up environment.
