We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Regional Talent Solutions team by generating a supply of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) through researching ideal lead prospects, crafting a persinalized client approach, and eventually set up a meeting with our Account Management team.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role you will be doing:
- Generate high-value pipelines through both strategic and targeting prospecting
- Conduct market research to find the ideal company that suits Glints business prospects
- Find the right person in contact to sell our products
- Be the face of the brand by providing outstanding customer experience
- Craft a personalized message to each company and be responsive for every questions asked
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
- Keeping our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) up-to-date and accurate (Hubspot)
- Work with team members to create initiatives, deliver analysis and market research, etc
- Work in collaboration with Business Development, and Product Marketing teams
Who We Are Looking For
- A minimum 6 months of working experiences, preferably in Sales or HRIS services. Freshgraduates are welcome to apply as well.
- Good and confident with their communication skills; intermediate to advanced written and verbal English skills -- Chinese and Cantonese is a plus.
- Target-driven, comfortable working with target
- A fast learner, and easily adaptable.
- Someone who has a critical and analytical mindset.
