We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our Demand team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will conduct market research to find our potential hiring partner overseas. We are offering our Talenthub recruitment service for them - a talent discovery and management platform. Using your ability to conduct a deep research you will be able to forecast what is the right company to target, craft a personalized message to them and set up a meeting with our Business Development Team.

In this role, you will:

  • Generate high-value pipelines through both strategic and targeting prospecting
  • Conduct market research to find the ideal company that suits Glints business prospects
  • Find the right person in contact to sell our products
  • Be the face of the brand by providing outstanding customer experience
  • Craft a personalized message to each company and be responsive for every questions asked
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
  • Keeping our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) up-to-date and accurate (Hubspot)
  • Work with team members to create initiatives, deliver analysis and market research, etc
  • Work in collaboration with Business Development, and Product Marketing teams

Who We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 6 months of working experience, preferably in Sales or HRIS services (freshgraduates are welcome to apply!)
  • Good and confident with their communication skills; intermediate to advanced written and verbal English skills (Chinese and Cantonese is a plus)
  • Target-driven, comfortable working with targets
  • A fast learner, and easily adaptable.
  • Someone who has a critical and analytical mindset.
