Raizing is a fast-growing education company specializing in soft skills education for children and teenagers. We are currently seeking a Sales Education Specialist to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth.
Job Description
- Promote and sell education programs, training, and learning solutions to individuals, schools, and institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, schools, and corporate partners
- Conduct product presentations and education consultations in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable education programs
- Follow up leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies and campaigns
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management review
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and education exhibitions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in sales, education sales, or training programs is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Confident, persuasive, and able to communicate effectively with parents and partners
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Familiar with CRM tools and basic reporting is a plus
