Job Descriptions:
- Renewing Kobi's customer journey steps.
- Using customer relationship management (CRM) tools to analyze and optimize data-driven sales strategies.
- Identifying and evaluating data-related sales opportunities that can be followed up by the sales team.
- Sharing daily sales lead data through Kobi Instagram direct messages and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for the sales team.
- Following up with customer communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4th semester of undergraduate/associate students majoring in Marketing, Management, Advertising, Communication, or other related fields
- Highly motivated person and interested to gain more knowledge about this field
- Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Supported with a good environment to WFH (both device or internet connection)
- Scholarship hunter is an added value
- Not currently participating in other internship programs, community service programs, and field practices
