As a one of top company in the fashion retail industry, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Data Analyst to join our team in Bandung, West Java.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and business challenges.
- Create informative and easy-to-understand reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand market targets, customer demands, and product preferences.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales database.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization software.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Passion for sales and a desire to contribute to business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL.
- Familiarity with tools such as MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of machine learning is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create effective reports and presentations.
- Available to join immediately & willing to work onsite (WFO) at our Bandung office.
