Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields).
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably within the telecommunications, construction, engineering, or technology industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales documentation (including MI, PID, and SPH).
- Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Finance, Legal, Operations, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Prepare regular sales pipeline and activity reports for management.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth.
