We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales & Marketing Admin to join our team at Listings Bali' in Kediri, Bali. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our dynamic company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and marketing teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation of sales and marketing materials, such as monthly agreement, sales agreement, invoice, booking records, etc
- Maintaining accurate customer and client records, including contact information and sales data
- Handling inquiries from clients and customers, and providing excellent customer service
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales and marketing strategy
- Performing other administrative duties as required to support the overall operations of the business
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales or marketing administrative role, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Channel Manager (Hostex) or reservation software is a plus
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
