- Achieve sales target set by the management
- Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up customers by telephone, chat and email
- Sending quotation to the customer by email
- Preparing and submitting the daily, weekly or monthly report
- Handle customer requests, complaints and questions about products
