- Manage and develop complexion makeup business (foundation, cushion, concealer, powder, etc.).
- Identify and acquire new brand clients while maintaining existing accounts.
- Lead client communication from concept development to mass production.
- Coordinate internally with R&D, marketing, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
